How I work to achieve results
I have a philosophy and key underpinnings to the way I work, which allows me to bring you the transformational, sustainable and inspirational results you are looking for.
The way I coach, and most of my trainings, are based on the cognitive behavioural sciences and self actualising psychologies, including Meta Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro-Semantics. I offer interventions at all levels of change, by offering Behavioural, Developmental and Transformational Coaching.
You can have faith in the process as it is a well researched, psychologically based and scientifically defined process. You can also trust me as your coach, as I have trained extensively (and continue to learn and develop my skills) to facilitate your development, and undergo supervision when needed and continuous professional development, and adhere to industry standards and ethics.
With this as my foundation, throughout an Inner Coaching Programme or journey, you will be working towards understanding yourself in a positive and generative way— positive because we focus on solutions, possibilities, hopes and dreams; and generative because it’s all about generating the best games both inside and outside.
I believe that you are the expert in your life, and that I have expertise in facilitating change. So as your Personal Coach, Trainer or Facilitator, I have the role of co-creator and witness. You work on your own personal vision, values and your own agenda, not being told what to do, but realising it for yourself, so you own it and integrate it faster.
You’ll be asked questions you’ve never been asked before, and learn things about yourself you didn’t know, as I assist you to find and create your own solutions and strategies. You are in the driver’s seat with a highly skilled and experienced navigator sitting next to you, supporting you, believing in you and your abilities, and reflecting back any blind spots so that you get the experience of driving to the destination of your choice.
I aim to coach or train myself out of a job. I help you to find the leverage points to create the change or development needed, to get the results you want and to continue to experience the positive effects long after the coaching or training ends. In the process I encourage you to develop the art of Self Coaching, and to become independent (not co-dependent) on me as your coach or trainer.
By using a structured and experiential process of change, you will have a map of where you are going, which means that you are kept on track and focused. There is a beginning and an end, and stages in between, which allows us to track and measure the process and results, using a benchmarking model. This means that you will know when you have achieved what you wanted to, and we can celebrate your progress.
Inside Out Approach
You have all the resources you need right now to make the changes you want. With me, you learn practical skills and how to ‘run your own brain’. And you start with what is within your control, from where you are right now, with what you have in your reach to use.
By unlocking your potential, by accessing and applying your inner and outer resources in ways you perhaps hadn’t thought of, you become more empowered and self aware, and have more choices available to you in moments of difficulty, with the practical tools to use and apply as needed.
