Agenda Coaching - 2 hour Power Sessions

If you'd like to work on a very particular topic, then one of the following Power Sessions might just fit your need.

These sessions are 2 hours in length, and can be held as one-on-one sessions, or in a group or with a team.
The sessions mix training with coaching, so you learn new skills and frames of mind, and find your own strategies on how to implement and integrate your new learning's.

Power Coaching Sessions:
Accessing Relaxed Alertness
To become truly masterful in coping and handling the demands, challenges, threats, feats etc. of everyday life at work and home. This includes recognizing the presence of stress, identifying your stress strategy, and developing resources for accessing relaxation states while under fire.

Leadership Criteria Benchmarks
Benchmarking yourself on the following Leadership Criteria, and developing a strategy to improve in these areas as a Leader:
Being Criteria:
- Authenticity: being and acting from one’s true self without masks and personas
- Integrity: being as good as one’s word, impeccably honest and fair-minded
- Congruent: applying the principles to self so that one walks the talk
Doing Criteria:
- Contributing: giving of oneself to others, serving from higher principles
- Collaborating: operating as a team player, cooperating with others
- Pioneering: leading out into new areas
- Communicating: sharing and disclosing in ways that are clear, precise, succinct, engaging, and compelling

Outcome Session for setting goals (3 hrs)
If you've set New Years Resolutions, or want to set goals for the year ahead, then consider the value of an Outcome Session. This three hour session is where clients become clear on what they want and express it as a statement that measures when/how they will achieve what they want to achieve. It seems to set their "brains" into action and magic happens! Outcomes are realised!

Developing Genius
If “genius” is about being present, about truly show up in life and about being all there so that you focus your powers and passion and bring a focused concentration to the things you do, to what degree have you already accessed your personal genius? This pattern focuses on developing a laser-beam state of focus and “flow”, to concentrate your powers of engagement, and handle interruptions with ease and grace.
Power Coaching and Training sessions:
Self Esteem vs. Self Confidence
Presentation explaining the difference between human being and human doing, and how to increase one’s self esteem and confidence. This will give you a sense of personal empowerment and value from which to operate. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and its application to interacting with others.
Taking Responsibility
Presentation of our natural powers for taking effective action and how ownership of these leads to empowerment of self and others, and draws the line of responsibility, promoting accountability. Response-ability is explained in a way that you take personal responsibility for doing quality work. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal and work life.
Art of Handling Emotions
Presentation of how we process information to develop our perceptions. The distinction between map and territory, and the theory of emotions being signals. Develop state management skills that will increase both your IQ and EQ and enable you to feel fully in charge of yourself. Coaching on emotional vitality and handling difficult emotions and how this can be applied to personal and work life.
Intentionality
Presentation on the difference between intention and attention. How to take an intentional stance and do things with a sense of purpose. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal and work life. This can have an add-on- or be followed with- a session on overcoming excuses.
Self Actualisation Quadrants
Identifying where you are on continuums of certain thinking styles, and thus which quadrant you fall in: drone zone, panic zone, dreamer, undeveloped, workaholic, performer, achiever etc. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal and work life and on what actions are needed to move quadrants if that is desired
Communication Basics
Presentation on basic concepts of communication, so you have an understanding of how we communicate as humans and process information. This includes some presuppositions that are useful for interacting with people and the world around us. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and its application to work or team communication.
Rapport building skills
If there's anything that you want to get, or need, then you will probably need someone's help in getting it. The ability to develop and maintain rapport with large numbers of people from varying backgrounds will allow you to get what you want. Rapport is probably the most important skill on the planet. The desired outcome of this session is to be able to establish rapport with any person, at any moment given time. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and its application to the work environment.
Figuring out People- Thinking Styles and how they influence Communication
Presentation of the theory of filters, and how we process information to develop our perceptions. How thinking styles act as filters, sharing specific, most common thinking styles. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and on its application to communication amongst team members and with clients.
Relationship Selling
Once you’ve completed the ‘Rapport’ and ‘Figuring out People’ sessions, learn how to apply these skills to skill of selling. Refine your ability to sell a product or service, develop your self perception as a sales person, and clarify the meanings you give to selling- all with the objective of improving your selling ability.
There is no failure, only feedback
Feedback is a critical skill that is also a useful accelerated learning mechanism that activates our powers to self-organise and grow. Giving high quality feedback and receiving feedback, and being able to distinguish sensory based information and evaluative based information, is critical for anything relational, like leadership, management, being an entrepreneur, parenting, and loving. Develop the skills of giving and receiving feedback, using benchmarks of these concepts.
Questioning skills- The Meta-Model of NLP
Everything we experience in life we experience from our perspective- - we filter information that comes at us through our senses, in an attempt to make sense of the world. Questions are our way of noting what our filters are and what information we may have deleted, distorted or generalized. Questions are a useful way to clarify and bring more accuracy to our perceptions. Learn about the Meta-Model of Language in NLP- a set of questions that are designed to bring more specific details to, and challenge distortions in, a persons model of the world. Also benchmark your level of skill at asking questions.
Perceptual Positions
Taking on different perspectives to a problem relationship- an exercise in relation to someone you get on with, and someone you don’t get on with so well. Theory on different points of view, or 5 basic ways of looking at experiences, and what happens when we get stuck on one perspective. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and in dealing with work colleagues and teams.

Disney Creativity Strategy
Learn a strategy for developing your dreams and giving them the best possible chance of becoming reality. This process helps to explore creative ideas for maximum clarity and effect. It can be used to promote creativity, manage conflict between dreaming and ‘reality’ or practicality, or to test out an idea, dream or goal so it might be realised. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal life and on its application in business.

Closing the Knowing-Doing Gap
Close the gap between what you know you should be doing, and what you are actually getting done and take effective action on your best ideas and goals. Learn the Mind-To-Muscle pattern from Neuro -Semantics, which turns highly informative and insightful principles and concepts into neurological patterns, encoded in muscle memory. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal and work life.
Excuse Blowout
Notice the difference between attention and intention, and how excuses can get in the way of achieving our goals. Identity if an excuse is legit, positive or useful, or not, and learn how to blow them out if necessary. Coaching on how this can be applied to personal and work life.
Changing Beliefs
Learn to eliminate limiting beliefs so that they no longer operate as your programming and install empowering ones, using two important states that we learn very early in life, being the states of confirmation and dis-confirmation. This is a quick, clear and effective way to deframe old un-enhancing beliefs and install the empowering beliefs that support your commitment to success.
