They are looking for transformation so that they can choose to live from the true vibration of freedom, making the leap 100% from lack mentality to gain mentality. These individuals have not found solace in traditional structures. These individuals are people who want to alter their vibration to fit with their most authentic self, and who want out of the current paradigms regarding love and wealth creation. They resonate with being a vibrational leader- one who truly is an energetic creator of wants and desires.

This programme involves:

  • PERSONAL COACHING- to help you find what works for you, your own ideas and strategies for living your life authentically, and to help unlock your own potential and purpose.
  • MENTORING- to learn about what has worked for others on this path, and receive guidance that you can choose how to use.
  • TRAINING- to be taught information and knowledge about energy and vibration, conscious evolution, alternate strategies to health, and techniques for running your own brain and life and treating yourself when needed.
  • ENERGETIC MODALITIES- to help you get your biology activated and healthy for energetic living and leading, changing your vibration.

The philosophy and teachings of this programme are based on the work that Sarah McIntyre, from Sydney Australia, has been developing with a group of women and men around the world, including Telana Simpson. This work includes Energetic Living™ and the The New Human™.

 

Your South African Coach: Telana Simpson

 

Telana has studied under Sarah McIntyre and is a teacher of this kind of personal transformation in South Africa. Other teachers are based in Australia and the USA.

The work Sarah and Telana do is in a teaching dynamic that transcends and includes personal coaching, business mentoring, business coaching, leadership training, life coaching, holistic healing and therapy.

Telana works with individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, business executives, parents, children and communicators of today.

This works is very effective via phone or Skype, thus we work with many people who are based internationally. For the people based in Sydney, they can work face to face at Sarah in her Sydney office in the city. For those based in Johannesburg, they can work face to face with Telana in her office in Sandton.

The COURSE we are renowned for is PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION.

 

What is this Work?

Because the way we work is energetic, it is often something people find challenging to grasp. Yet what we bring to light is what is innate within us all.

Sarah trained as a Life Coach and had many years as successful business woman, so she combined the skills she acquired here with her ability as a Healer. This has culminated in the development of what we call VIBRATIONAL LEADERS.

Vibrational Leaders are those people who: respond well to energy; are interested in creation; who move with collective change in the world; often have a sixth sense; have great synergy with children and animals; may have found mind techniques alone don't cut it when it comes to personal transformation; may have oscillating energy systems and often are sensitive to the energy of others. They also share fast minds, love action, dislike airy fairy ways of doing things and often have a BIGGER CARE.

Through the evolution of her writing and development as a teacher, Sarah has become synonymous with TRANSFORMATION. What led her to this was working with people for many years and seeing that few people actually create real change and sustainability. Because she had exhausted all current techniques regarding growth she went onto invent new ways for the evolving human being. That meant we developed and created teachings that investigated the energy system of a human being to SEE that we are vibrational beings of creation. We resonate at a certain frequency and we co-create our reality based on a culmination of many factors.

This way of working is UNIQUE - it is all about complete transformation. It is life changing. It is full on. It is intense and it is magnificent.

The process of working with Telana as your teacher is a creative and experiential one. Telana teaches TRANSFORMATION. The course involves working through our blocks at a mental/emotional/energetic and physical level, the ego and its cunning patterns, discovering our unique energetic imprint, the ways we self sabotage, developing consciousness, clearing our emotional body and transcending our victim consciousness.

We do this over 6 or 12 months with weekly and/or fortnightly sessions with Telana or one of our other teachers. We provide resources, E BOOks, audio's and videos depending upon your style and best way of absorbing information and learning.

Telana combine's the teaching with Sarah with the Energy Medicine component working with one of our practitioners based in South Africa, Sweden, Australia or the USA.

The work is practical in nature. It includes action, simple and easy techniques to overcome common obstacles like procrastination, anxiety, inability to reach goals, self sabotage and lack of expression. This work does NOT happen to YOU. You participate actively with your own life system to live in joy and harmony as an integrated being. This means we balance out our YIN (feminine) and YANG (masculine) energy centres within the body so you create with ease.

You will learn in this leadership and personal coaching process with Telana the skills of self-honesty, self-forgiveness, self-correction and practical application of this in life. You will develop your full vibrational capacity and master how to create in the material world at a level you are unable to do alone. You will develop your relationships skills genuinely becoming a connector with life. You will define why you are here and serve a bigger frame - contributing at the highest level.
