For over 17 years Wilmarie has been participating in motorsport at regional, national and international level. Some call her Superwoman while she\u2019s also earned the title of being \u201cthe Fastest woman on two wheels in South Africa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Wilmarie\u2019s racing and determination over the years have inspired both men and women of all ages. As a young sixteen year old she started working to pursue her dream to race. As the only female racer at the time, this took some physical and mentally challenging moments to earn her place as a respectful and competitive competitor.<\/p>\n<p>Wilmarie chose not to be limited by the Father-Son stigma attached to motorsport, instead she pushed boundaries by going the extra mile as President of SA Women in Motorsport Panel and starting her own Rider &amp; Driver Training Academy for Men and Ladies in 2004 (SpeedQueen <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-251\" src=\"https:\/\/innercoaching.co.za\/talkcommunication\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Racing-Motorbike-Wilmarie-Janse-van-Rensburg-208x300.jpg\" alt=\"racing on a motorbike\" width=\"208\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.innercoaching.co.za\/talkcommunication\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Racing-Motorbike-Wilmarie-Janse-van-Rensburg-208x300.jpg 208w, https:\/\/www.innercoaching.co.za\/talkcommunication\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Racing-Motorbike-Wilmarie-Janse-van-Rensburg.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 208px) 100vw, 208px\" \/>Racing Academy). After 17 years of racing motorcycles and cars, she also decided to start a professional stunt company (SheDARE.co.za) for women in various extreme industries giving them the opportunity to work and enjoy extreme challenges for movies and\/or other entertainment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from being the first Woman to race a superbike and win on it in South Africa, Wilmarie\u2019s passion was also to open doors for other ladies enabling women from all walks of life to pursue their motorsport dreams. Wilmarie\u2019s active and passionate approach to making a difference has give her the opportunity to be a guest speaker on various local as well as international platforms, inspiring men and women of different age groups.<\/p>\n<p>Considering her profile to date, many would say she\u2019s achieved her goals, but Wilmarie has made it clear that she has no intention of slowing down and that she gains her personal strength and inspiration from her relationship with Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love breaking boundaries, and if it helps change lives in the process, it\u2019s a challenge and cause worth fighting for more than any personal agenda&#8230; I have a passion to work with the Youth and look forward to my next Journey.\u201d \u2013 Wilmarie Janse van Rensburg<\/p>\n<p>Here is a list in short of my career highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1996 \u2013 Started racing on a 50cc motorcycle (1st and only women to race in SA)<\/li>\n<li>2002 \u2013 Set up two new lap records on my 250cc (Named the fastest women in SA by the media)<\/li>\n<li>2004 \u2013 Started my Speed Queen Racing Academy (Rider &amp; Driver Training Academy)<\/li>\n<li>2006 \u2013 I was an international guest speaker for Motorsport SA at the FIM WIM Conference in America Athens Georgia<\/li>\n<li>2007 \u2013 President for Women in Motorsport in South Africa for 3 years after this. The platform allowed me to set up the first ladies MX, Supermoto and Superbikes series in South Africa<\/li>\n<li>2008 \u2013 1st SA superbike racer to compete overseas and get a podium in the 500Km endurance race in Portugal Estoril<\/li>\n<li>2012 \u2013 Stopped Racing competitively but stared SheDARE Stunt Company for women in extreme sports. SheDARE assists with movie and music video stunt work<\/li>\n<li>2013 \u2013 Started Be Unique Youth Development company focused on career development where passion plays a key role. I travel across Gauteng in South Africa doing career guidance talks at schools<\/li>\n<li>2015 \u2013 Presenter for the first motor show on CliffCentral.com .CliffCentral.com is owned by Gareth Cliff
