About Anne Gray
Solutioneers™ Founder and MD
Anne Gray is the founder and Managing Director of Solutioneers, a consultancy specializing in Small Business Growth, Leadership Development, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation. Her journey in business consulting began in Telecommunications Expense Management, where she swiftly advanced to Operations Director. Anne’s knack for developing and scaling managed services, along with implementing efficient systems, significantly increased customer lifetime value.
Her background in science, with a focus on the scientific method and analytical rigor, proved invaluable in her consulting career. By 2018, Anne’s contributions had earned her an equity partnership, but she faced a new challenge with the market shift from voice communications to data. Anticipating this change, she strategized to keep her company relevant amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution, leading to the inception of Solutioneers.
Initially a subsidiary focusing on broader business strategy and digital transformation, Solutioneers became Anne’s primary venture after she sold her telecommunications business in 2022. Anne’s academic pursuits, including a Post-Graduate Diploma and an MBA from GIBS, bolstered her expertise. Her research developed a unique model for measuring the success of digital transformations, informed by insights from top executives and entrepreneurs in South Africa.
Today, Solutioneers thrives as a management consulting firm dedicated to unleashing organizational effectiveness through leadership, strategy, and culture. Anne’s role encompasses consulting, workshop facilitation, coaching, and community building, where she continues to deliver impactful and fulfilling work.
